provider or participating provider means any practitioner, physician,
hospital or other health care provider, including institutional providers,
LMHPs, QMHPs, and ancillary service providers, who meets
Kansas
Health Solutions’ credentialing standards and which has
contracted with, or on whose behalf a contract has been entered into with
KHS
to participate in one or more programs or products.
